At the Ravens we are continually learning about nutritional and medicinal aspects of the food we serve and better ways to prepare dishes. The Restaurant is not static: It is always changing and for this reason we have chosen to create an evolving cookbook.

Today cookbooks are mostly about personalities - famous chefs' series. The Ravens kitchen is co-creative - we encourage ideas and contributions from all our staff and our cookbook manifests a philosophy rather than a personality.

We are self-publishing this cookbook in order to continually update it. If you purchase a cookbook and in the future would like an updated version, we will discount the newest edition by 40%.
