Decisions we all make in our kitchens or selecting food at a restaurant have a huge impact on ourselves, our families and the environment.

At the Ravens we are continually learning about nutritional and medicinal aspects of the food we serve and better ways to prepare dishes. The Restaurant is not static: It is always changing and for this reason we have chosen to create an evolving cookbook.

Today cookbooks are mostly about personalities - famous chefs' series. The Ravens kitchen is co-creative - we encourage ideas and contributions from all our staff and our cookbook manifests a philosophy rather than a personality.

We will initially self-publish the new cookbook in order to continually update it.
